Getting an RMA

To return a product the customer must obtain an RMA number and provide proof of purchase.
To initiate an RMA, please fill out the Return Form.

Non Defective Return Policy:
A non-defective product may be returned to Next Level Technology within 15 days of receiving the package for a refund of the original purchase price with the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase must be retained to receive an RMA
  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund
  • Neither the original or return shipping costs, will be refunded
  • No refund will be granted for products which have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way which jeopardizes Next Level Technology’s ability to resell the product
  • Next Level Technology maintains full discretion in decisions regarding a products fitness for return
  • RMA’s are valid for 10 days from date of issuance
  • Returns will not be accepted without an RMA
  • Most refunds are initiated within 1-2 business days
  • After 15 days have passed from the invoice date, non-defective products will no longer qualify for an RMA and will not be accepted for return

Defective Return Policy:
Next Level Technology warrants this product against defects in materials or workmanship for the time period of 15 days from the date the items is received. (Tracking will be the determination of date). During this period, Next Level Technology, will replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at Next Level Technology option.

A defective product may be returned to Next Level Technology, within the specified warranty period for a replacement of the original or equivalent product or refund of the original purchase price with the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase must be retained to receive an RMA
  • Neither the original shipping cost, the shipping will be refunded.
  • Next Level Technology will pay for shipping within 15days of the delivered date for return of defective products shipped within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii
  • Next Level Technology, will not pay for return shipping beyond 15 days from the delivery date
  • No refund will be granted for products which do not have the original manufacture packaging and all accessories that were included at the time of purchase.

Shipping Back Approved Returned

All returned parts must have an RMA number written clearly on the outside of the package along with a note detailing the problems and a copy of the original proof of purchase. No COD packages will be accepted. No package will be accepted without an RMA number written on the outside of the package. RMA numbers are only valid for 10 days from the date of issue, not including shipping time. Please follow the below shipping instructions to ensure your returned parts are accepted:

  1. Pack the product in its original box or a well-protected box with plenty of packing material to prevent damage during transit
  2. It is very important that you write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
  3. Ship the product with a copy of your bill of sale or other proof of purchase, your name, address, phone number, description of the problem(s), and the RMA number you have obtained to:

Upon receiving the product, Next Level Technology will inspect the items once items have passed our inspection we will issue you a credit to your original payment method within 1-2 business day, If you have elected to receive a replacement, please allow 1-2 business for your replacement to be sent back out to you via FedEx (Tracking number will be e-mailed to you)
